Ingredients

  • 3 pounds (or 1.3kg) of minced chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups of brown rice
  • 3 cups of baby spinach
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 zucchini

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

Prep: chop the baby spinach, shred the carrots and zucchini and cook the rice.

  1. Using a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced chicken and cook for 3 – 5 minutes until brown.
  3. Add the vegetables and brown rice into the pot and stir. Let it cook for about 3 – 5 minutes.
  4. Serve after it has cooled!

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of brown rice
  • 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1 celery stock
  • 1 potato

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (or 150°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces and boil them in a pan for about 30 minutes.

  • 1 egg

Instructions

  2. Beat the egg and combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. The batter will be thick and sticky after stirring.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment sheets. Then, use a tablespoon to scoop the batter onto the tray.

  • 1 chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
  • 1 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of non-fat dry milk powder
  • 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 3/4 cup of unsalted chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (or 175°C).
  2. Whisk the flours and milk powder together in a bowl.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and mix well. The dough should be firm but still malleable. Add more chicken broth if it’s too dry.

  • 1/4 pound (115g) of chicken breast
  • 0.25 oz (7.5ml) of unflavoured and unsweetened gelatin powder
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 – 4 parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken, chopped carrot and parsley leaves on medium heat for ~30 minutes.
  2. Blend the cooked chicken and carrots until smooth.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth (from step 1) into a mixing bowl, together with the gelatin powder. Mix until the gelatin is dissolved.
  4. Stir the chicken and carrot puree into the same mixing bowl until the consistency is like gravy.
  5. Fill a silicone mould of your choice with the mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 – 2 hours until fully set.
  7. Remove treats from the mould and serve!

Treats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
