Sgt. J. Boswell and Deputy A. Burgo responded to the location and conducted an investigation. The suspect was identified as Timothy R. Henderson (59) and was located a short distance from the scene by Sgt. Boswell. As a result of Deputy Burgo’s investigation, Timothy R.
