High on Life’s quests tend to take a roundabout way to arrive at their destination, but this method of game scripting only makes the jokes punchier. In order to complete the penultimate bounty, the player will have to find a way to access Nipulon’s Lounge, a high security spa containing a lot of G3 goons. And in order to access Nipulon’s Lounge, the player may have to get a bit creative.

Once Nipulon’s bounty can be accessed in the Bounty 5000, it’s time to head through the portal and into Oldtown. The player's weapons are in a bit of a heated argument with one another, but once that gets sorted for the moment, here’s how to find the way through one of High on Life’s zaniest main quest lines.
How To Get Into Nipulon’s Lounge
The main objective here will be heading to the Goop Salesman. He has already assisted the player once before at this point in the story, and fortunately he has moved his underground goop business to Dreg Town to be more accommodating to the bounty hunter’s specific needs. Head left from the portal to the entrance into Dreg Town. The Goop Salesman will be standing there just beyond the entrance.
There is a catch this time. The Goop Salesman is going to need a rare flower for some type of medicine, and the flower can only be found across the bridge that the Mackincheese brothers have been ‘working on’. The player may remember the Mackincheese brothers from their first time visiting Oldtown (If the player gunned down the Mackincheese construction workers last time, fear not. There are a few still alive, and they don’t seem to hold a grudge).
Go to the Mackincheese brothers on the other side of Old Town. Three of them will be there lamenting about not getting love from their father, and they will ask the player to go to the Old Saloon and find out if their dad loves them (If the player shoots the brother in the middle, he will collapse in agony and asks to see if his father loves him as his dying wish. The other two brothers cannot be hurt in this mission).
It may seem clear at this point, but High on Life is using its signature staple of sandbox environments that all lead to an inevitable conclusion. It is up to the player to determine which joke in this sequence will land the best for them.
Head to the Saloon by backtracking just around the corner. Papa Mackincheese is the yellow alien on the left side of the bar once walking in from the entrance. He gives a great Tony Soprano impression before demanding the player enter into a duel. It is possible for Papa Mackincheese to die in this duel.
If Papa Mackincheese lives and the player gets to ask if he loves his sons, he will tell them unequivocally that he does not. If Papa Mackincheese dies, it will unlock a new dialogue option once returning to the brothers. Either way, head back to the construction site. There will be two dialogue options if Papa has survived this encounter and three if he has not. It does not matter which option the player chooses. The brothers will unite in love and from their newfound love, a literal rainbow bridge will extend to the other side. Head across it, grab the flower, then head back to the Goop Salesman.
Once he’s been given the flower, the Goop Salesman is happy to goop the bounty hunter. Once disguised, head directly left after exiting Dreg Town. The disguise will prevent enemies in the path from being combative.
At Nipulon’s Lounge entrance, simply walk to the kiosk where the guard will then recognize the player as a G3 minion before opening the large entrance door. Once through, it’s time to blend in for a while before blasting the way to Nipulon and collecting that bounty.
